Returns Policy

At BigBoyThrifting.ie, we’re passionate about giving pre-loved fashion a fresh start — and making sure you feel confident shopping with us. While every item we sell is second-hand, we aim to accurately describe each piece so there are no surprises.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is significantly not as described (e.g., incorrect size listed, undisclosed damage, or wrong item received).

  • You notify us of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is returned in the same condition it was delivered, including any original packaging or tags (if applicable).

Please note: Because our items are second-hand, we do not accept returns for change of mind, fit issues, or minor signs of wear consistent with used clothing.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at bigboythrifting@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item (if there's damage or something unexpected)

We’ll get back to you within 2 business days.

3. Return Shipping

  • If we made an error (wrong item, undisclosed damage, etc.), we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

  • For all other approved returns, you will be responsible for return shipping.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked)

  • Items that have been altered, worn, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
